The Seminar Leaders

The workshop will be led by Paul Sterling and Kristin Denton, communication coaches, providing Compassionate Coaching with the intent of creating harmony in relationships through the method of Nonviolent Communication (created by Dr. Marshall Rosenberg, www.cnvc.org).

Paul Sterling , after a career as a commercial fisherman in Alaska, has spent the past twenty years studying and teaching communication skills in government and business.

He is certified in Ericksonian hypnosis, neuro-linguistic programming, and neuro-associative response.

Kristin Denton has been an instructor of language, literature, and workplace skills for the last 18 years in both the workplace and public school settings. She brings to the presentation of the Magic Relationship Method her background in education, philosophy and second language acquisition theory.

Paul and Kristin have taught this life-changing, simple, 4-step method to a wide variety of people ranging from maximum security prisoners to priests. They've enjoyed teaching it to at-risk high-school students, the staff of Goodwill Denver, teachers, professors, Buddhist practitioners and innumerable individuals and couples.
