Online debates about essential questions
I love religion. I love spirituality and I especially love discussing it. From any angle. Below you will find links to the debates I've hosted here on squidoo relating to science, philosophy, religion and spirituality - and any mix of those I could come up with.
I love squidoo for all kinds of reasons, but I think it absolutely excells at making it easy to discuss difficult topics. I think you'll see what I mean when you check out my lenses below. It's more like a debate club than a forum, as I'm very much in charge of what questions get asked. However, I'm open to suggestions.
So - what's your ultimate Question?
What would you like to debate?
Vote for the question you think is most important - and add the ultimate question I forgot. After many people have voted I will create a module for the most popular question(s) (if there isn't one already)

What's the best religion?

What's the cause of evil?
Christianity, Islam and Judaism have long asked this existential question in this form: what's the cause of all evil. Of course the adversary or the devil or Lucifer is usually given as an answer. Do you think it's that simple? Click through to debate.-
What is the cause of all Evil?

What is the cause of Evil? I think this complicated question begs a divine answer. Evil is such an absolutist word... I prefer to ask the question as follows: what's the cause of injustice and sorrow in the universe?

More online debate
- Organized religion versus science and atheism
- This is one of those topics that just never seems to get stale online.
- Defining Religion vs. Spirituality - what are they?
- Spiritual people often say that they don't like 'religion'. They want nothing to do with religious organizations. What they usually mean is, as far as I can gather, that they want nothing to do with Christian organizations, or dogmas. Every other religious organisation is just lumped in the bag of 'bad', without the person having prior experience with the organisation.
- Is spirituality a lifestyle or a quest? | Life style
- I have been pondering recently the difference between spirituality as a life style and spirituality as a quest.
