    When some past or present disturbing thoughts comes across my mind, the first thing happens is a crunch in the stomach & burps a few times, later a tinkling pain on the left side of the chest & shrinking breathe. I become very scare so I take Tablet Dispirine & Tablet Campose(Diazapen) to calm down. Earlier it started few years back when there was a financial problem & now again resurfaced after my fell seriously ill.
    Kindly help me to overcome this frequent attacks.
