Dream of A New Birth Of Freedom in America 2012 and Tomorrow

The difficult times in America for many is not yet over this January in 2012. Ten years has passed now since the slow economy that came to a brink, close to the time of two generations ago in what is known as the Great Depression in the early 30's. Unemployment rates are still high with many still unemployed or under employed in the nation.

. It is a time when memory of August 28, 1963 is appropriate to look ahead to a new birth of freedom in America.

This new birth of freedom for our generation alive today is somewhat different from the "I have A Dream Speech" at Linclon Memorial with a massive march for jobs and freedom. It was a defining moment for the Civil Rights Movement.

type=textAmerica is still one of the most creative nations in the world. But opportunities and motivations are still hampered by management structures in local governments and business particularly where creativity and innovation support simply does not exist.

A culture of hierarchical structure with previledge at top and control and order takers in the botom exist.

This is not only my assessement but creativity experts from leading graduate schools of business have found such hearchical creativity killer structures often dominates our society in America
