I love to visit antique shops to look for stuff from my childhood. It doesn't have to be toys, just things I remember from growing up. It brings back wonderful memories.
When I go with a family member they will point out things that they remember from home and if I was too young to remember it, they will always tell me a little story of what they remember about it.
When I do find something it is either too worn out or too expensive for me to buy.
This lens is about things from days gone by. Things that may spark your memories of your childhood.

This musical marvel, the Tonette Toy, debuted in 1938, and by 1941, over half the grammar schools in the U.S. had adopted its sweet, flute-like tone as a standard pre-band instrument. It also served in World War II when the armed services found it an entertaining way for our troops to pass the time.
