Remergence Biography

Remergence have been writing music since 1997 and to date have written several albums, the style of music ranges from ambient through to dance, a lot of inspiration for the music comes from those around and things that happen from day to day.

In 1997 they started writing music mainly for themselves and for friends that wanted something a little different and personal for them, as time went by many people said "hey, why don't you publish your music it's cool", which at first they laughed off. But later on they decided to release bits on the Internet.

These were received quite well and after several months the Remergence mailbox would be full of e-mails asking when an album would be released, so they set forth to release their first album.

Remergences first album Nocturnal Entities was released in 1999 closely followed in 2001 by Escape to Paradise, at the end of 2001 their third album Futurism was released, then a two year gap before the release of the fourth album Wide Open Space and then in 2005 the album Standing in the Shadows regarded as their best work yet was released.

And at the start of 2006 their first soundtrack was released titled Barrier followed this year by the release of the remix album simply titled The Remixes.

Escape To Paradise CD released 2001: Information on the 2001 release Escape To Paradise. Track listing, buy CD etc
Futurism CD released 2003: Futurism released in 2003 the follow up to the superb Escape To Paradise
Wide Open Space CD released 2003: Wide Open Space released late 2003, a mixture of ambient, dance and trance, plus a bonus remixed track
Standing in the Shadows CD (Released 30th May 2005): Standing in the Shadows the new CD by Remergence (Released 30th May 2005)
Barrier (OST) - The First Remergence Soundtrack: This soundtrack is the first one that Remergence have been soley endorsed to produce for the movie Barrier
Remergence - The Remixes - Released 26/04/07: The Remixes will be released sometime in 2007, the CD features several tracks taken from the various CDs released by Remergence
Drifting Souls EP released 2003: Drifting Souls EP, the forerunner to the album Wide Open Space, with several never before released tracks.
Probably CD Single released 7/11/2007: Probably is one of the tracks taken from our new forthcoming CD, the track the first solo track by JJ and has been remixed by Liquid 3, Jeff Styler and ESI
Attack of the Warped Groove CD Single released 15/1/2008: The extremely popular track Attack of the Warped Groove, released on it's very own CD Single with a collection of remixed versions of the track remixed by ESI and Remergence.
Remergence Limited Edition Single: Remergence Band Merchandise Online Store: Probably [Single]: The new single with remixes of the track Probably
