Looking for the best buys?

I am a bargain hunter.
Take me into any store and I can find the clearance racks. I quickly learn what color tags the use for the clearance items and can spot them a mile away!
I will hit yard sales, garage sales, and second hand shops, looking for "new" or like new items at great prices.
And I shop online.
Shopping online for the best item at the best price can be EASY if you know where to look and how to look!

Ebay...is it really THAT good?

When you say shop online the first place people think is eBay! Yes eBay is the largest online shopping place. And yes, some eBay sellers offer great products at good prices, BUT Ebay has its downside too!
To list an item on eBay costs the seller. If the item sells, it costs the seller more. If the buyer uses Paypal, it costs the seller even MORE! Now be realistic, do you think the seller is REALLY paying those fees?? No it is YOU the buyer that is paying! You can find sellers that don't pass the cost on to you but they are few!
Shill bidding (where the seller sets up a dummy account and bids on own item to drive up price) is gettting more and more common. And there are more shady sellers popping up there than ever before.
There ARE other places to shop at online other than eBay!
