Renault F1 Team
The Renault F1 Team has seen better years than 2008.
On 4 November 2009 Renault held an emergency board meeting to decide the future of the Renault F1 team, and on December 16, a majority shareholding of 75% was officially sold to Luxembourg-based investment company Genii Capital.
On 8 December 2010 it was announced that Group Lotus would be buying Renault's remaining 25% stake in the team, which will be renamed Lotus Renault GP for the 2011 season.
