Renegade Breakthrough Teaches and Exemplifies the Power of Joint Ventures

Network marketing has changed a lot in the past few years. Many network marketers are now turning to the internet to build their businesses, and are learning attraction marketing techniques to attract qualified prospects to them. The next phase for skilled attraction marketers is to form joint venture partnerships that allow people to work as virtual teams.

Joint ventures are becoming especially popular thanks to the teachings of Ann Sieg and Mike Klingler through their Renegade Breakthrough program. Renegade Breakthrough is an offshoot of Renegade Professional, which is like an online university for attraction marketing training. Both Renegade Professional and Reneagade Breakthrough are great examples of successful joint ventures, as they are JVs between Ann Sieg and Mike Klingler, two of the greatest minds in attraction marketing.

Joint ventures are especially important for network marketers. Here is why. In the old MLM model, you are theoretically leveraging off the work of others IF they perform. But in reality, 97% of the time they don't produce results. Joint ventures are another form of lead generation that let you piggy back off another source of lead flow and customer base. Ann Sieg predicts that joint ventures, also known as integration marketing, are the future of online MLM.

Ann Sieg and Mike Klingler have produced a free internet marketing training video that explains the power of joint ventures in online MLM.

How to Create a Successful Joint Venture

While having your own business can be very rewarding, it can also be isolating and frustrating at times. A joint venture can be a great way to alleviate this isolation. It can also allow your business to grow in many ways, and provide an influx of new customers. One exciting prospect of a joint venture is the potential to create new products or services, either by packaging your products together, or jointly creating an innovative new idea.

Here are some additional thoughts to keep in mind as you move forward with your own joint venture partnership.

First of all, find the right people with whom to partner. You want to find people whose skills complement yours, and with whom you will enjoy working. Attitude is critical. It is the attitude of each member that will determine the success of the joint venture. Above all, there has to be respect for everyone's contributions and points of view. Adjusting from a sole proprietorship to a joint venture requires a shift in perspective, and each member of the team has to make that mindset adjustment in order for the joint venture to succeed.

Over time, each member of the joint venture will take on a specific role. For instance, one person might take the lead on technology, while another focuses on marketing, finance, or market research. A successful joint venture leverages everyone's unique talents, and allows each person the opportunity to fully participate.

It is critical to take the time to get to know each other. Have discussions about each person's strengths, professional backgrounds, interests and goals. Learn the different personality styles and have the flexibility of mind to know that everyone is unique and that is a good thing!

Also take the time for planning. Identify the team's vision and goals. Clearly knowing what you and your partner want can help avoid confusion and misunderstanding in the future. Your goals don't have to be set in stone, but make sure everyone knows what the team is trying to achieve and working towards the same goals. Asking some of the following questions can help solidify your goals: 1) What are the common visions and goals?; 2) How can we mutually benefit from the JV?; 3) Do we need additional resources for the joint venture to work?; 4) Are there other partners that could be brought into the mix to create better success?

Identify your target market, evaluate your competition, and create your unique selling proposition. Your joint venture will be more successful if you have a full understanding of the target market created through the venture. Does your partner have a customer base that is a market for your products/services? If you share a target market, then the added value you can create through a joint venture could mean new revenue streams.

In addition, set some metrics for success. Establish clear performance indicators so you can measure performance and have an early warning of potential problems.

Be flexible. Regularly review how you can improve the way things work. Even in the best partnership, you are sure to encounter challenges. The team should approach any disagreement or challenge with a positive attitude, looking for win-win solutions.

Joint ventures are the way of the future for online MLM. The question is, what are you going to do about it? Learn more about how Renegade Professional and Renegade Breakthrough can accelerate your network marketing success.

Ten Ways to Find Joint Venture Partners

There are several possible avenues you can explore to find a joint venture partner.

1. MasterMind group. If you belong to a Mastermind group, discuss ways you can work together to build your respective businesses.

2. Referrals. Seek suggestions and referrals from your customers and contacts. It is through referrals that the best possible linkages are obtained.

3. Business organizations. Look at organizations such as associations you belong to, trade groups, and your local Chamber of Commerce.

4. Complementary businesses. Look for people in your market whose products complement yours. Remember, the goal is to provide the greatest possible value to your customers, so making other quality products available to your customers benefits everyone.

5. Social Networks. Social networking sites like Facebook, LinkedIn and Plaxo are great at letting you connect with other marketers who might be interested in partnering with you and/or promoting your products.

6. Newsletters. What newsletters do you read and respect? The creator of that publication might be a good candidate. There are newlsetter directories where you can find all the newsletter owners with Opt-In lists with thousands of subscribers. You can find newsletter owners that target ANY niche.

7. Joint Venture membership sites. There are sites where people go and join, either for free or paid subscription with the goal of finding joint venture partners. For instance, JV-Network.com allows you to post your joint venture offers. JV-NotifyPro.com lets you connect with other marketers.

8. ClickBank. ClickBank.com has the largest online directory of niche products that offer affiliate programs.

9. Search Engines. I There are a few ways to find joint venture partners on search engines. One way is to contact all the top sites and advertisers related to your targeted keywords. Another option is to search for your keyword and "affiliate program".

10. Testimonials Go to web sites in your niche and contact everyone who has left a testimonial. You are likely to find some successful marketers who might be willing to promote your product.

If you want to find a joint venture partner, you need to take the initiative. Not everyone will want to partner with you, but you can increase the chances of finding a good joint venture partner by focusing on the benefits they will get. Show them what's in it for them and how they benefit from the partnership. Above all, the best way to find a great joint venture partner is to be a great partner yourself. Think about what you have to offer and focus on helping people. The more you give, the more you'll get.

So they decided to make it available to everyone.

As a special bonus, from May 18-25, anyone who joins the Renegade Breakthrough Mentoring Program will also get an entire YEARS membership to Renegade Professional absolutely FREE.

This would normally cost over $599.

Cindy, bravo on the great lens. I have not gone through the Professional course with Mike K. and Anne S. and my guess is that you have broken the course down very well here. I now know it's definately worth taking the course.
