The Renegade Professional 411

After reviewing a handful of affiliate programs and actually purchasing a book from one of them I had come to the conclusion that their primary aim was to get you to buy and sell their higher ticket items. I had excitedly read one of the entry level books of one of the programs only to find out at the end of it that I had to purchase another more expensive course to really learn the practical skills of setting up my own lead generating funnel on the internet.

Why didn't they just tell me that in the first place? I had wasted my money on a book that was supposed to teach me how to attract leads and prospect but instead was nothing more than an elaborate sales pitch to get me to purchase their more expensive products. And they wanted me to promote it? No thank you.

Another concern I had and felt I was seeing a lot of was that network marketers had switched their focus from their primary opportunity (their MLM) to their affiliate program because it was bringing them faster returns. So, now all the online marketers instead of pitching their deal were pitching their affiliate program.

And the question remained: Were these programs really helping people sponsor new reps into their MLM's?

My interest in social media had began waning because frankly I wasn't getting results. I enjoyed shooting videos and writing blog posts, but the return on my time investment was literally zero after nearly one year of consistently putting out content on the internet.

Then, Twitter came along and got me back on the Social Media wagon. And one day as I was scanning my Twitter stream, I saw a post from my good friend and mentor Carlos Aponte, Jr. saying that I Ann Sieg's Attraction Marketer's Manifesto was a must read.

So, I downloaded my copy of the Attraction Marketer's Manifesto right away. It was free after all and I had nothing to lose except the time it took to read it. And you know what? I read it from front to back in one sitting which is a big deal for me because I'm an incredibly slow reader.

The Attraction Marketer's Manifesto blew the doors wide open for me. What I learned from that book was that I had an incomplete picture of how attraction marketing really worked. I had only just seen the tip of the iceberg that is ATTRACTION MARKETING. And it was unfortunate that the salesy nature of the first book I purchased when I started this journey had left such a bad taste in my mouth on the whole concept.

Just days after I read the Manifesto, I registered for the new Renegade Professional training program (lucky too because it sold out very quickly) and immediately immersed myself in the wealth of material found in the program. And so, here are my thoughts thus far:

For Beginners
One of the biggest factors that won me over is the comprehensive nature of the Renegade Professional training. They've left no stone unturned with this one. It's truly a complete A to Zed guide to creating an online attraction marketing pipeline. The creators of the program, Ann Sieg and Mike Klingler, have both been in the trenches and have mastered these techniques managing to build massive organizations. And now they've put together a program that takes you by the hand and walks you every step of the way, telling you exactly what you need to do to create an online presence and begin attracting the most highly qualified prospects to you. Unlike many books and manuals I've read, the Renegade Professional is not just concepts and theories; rather, it's STEP-BY-STEP HOW TO. For people who are beginners to the internet and beginners even to Network Marketing, this is invaluable.

For the Not-so-New
As of this writing, I will have been publishing content on the internet for over a year so I'm not new to it. But after a four day immersion into the Renegade Professional, very quickly, I learned what my online presence was missing and what little tweaks I needed to make in order to fine tune my marketing pipeline. I have found the information so complete and so concise that I have a hard time pulling myself away from the program hungry to learn more. So even if you've been marketing online for years and have experienced success, the Renegade Professional will teach you to focus your efforts even more and take your online presence to the NEXT LEVEL.

Could I have learned this stuff on my own? Yes of course. If the Renegade Professional program had not fallen into my lap, I would've probably continued putting out content and honing my skills as I went, learning through trial and error what worked and what didn't work. So, in that sense, the Renegade Professional is not essential.

However, in hindsight, being close minded to attraction marketing and affiliate programs was indeed a costly and sobering mistake. The YEAR I spent teaching myself and learning as I went is TIME I cannot get back. Knowing that I could've saved myself that time and energy and all the while I could've been building a strong business and generating a solid income -- well, to say the very least, it leaves my heart heavy with regret.
