Renesmee Cullen is a half-human, half-vampire baby that was born in the latest novel in Stephenie Meyer's Twilight Saga, Breaking Dawn. She has become the center of much attention and is a controversial new character in the Twilight series. Before she was born it was believed that vampires do not have bodily fluid, except for venom, which would make it impossible for a vampire, Edward, to get his new mortal bride, Bella, pregnant.

Bella's Pregnancy & The Birth of Renesmee...
Bella became pregnant with Edward's baby on their honeymoon. It was an unexpected surprise and Edward's first instinct was to get the monster out of Bella as quickly as possible. Bella had an overwhelming desire to protect the baby she had seem in her dreams and refused anyone who suggested taking the baby from her womb. The baby grew at an accelerated rate and within weeks began to torture Bella as it grew in her bruised and swollen belly. The baby's strength began to brake her bones as it continued to grow and stretch inside her but Bella was determined to live long enough to bring her baby safely into the world. The delivery was complicated and bloody as Edward used his razor sharp teeth to bite his way through Bella's skin and the vampire strong impenetrable womb. When Renesmee was born Bella's life was coming to an end and finally Edward had no choice but to save her, give her what she'd been longing for. When it seemed it may be too late and her heart had lost it's struggle to keep what little blood she had left flowing through her veins, he carefully but quickly bit Bella and delivered his venom into her lifeless body.

What Does Renesmee Look Like?
Renesmee inherited the best traits from each of her parents. She has Edwards features and Bella's coloring in her cheeks and eyes. She has the most beautiful bronze colored hair, like Edwards, that falls in ringlets past her shoulders. Her skin is pale but not like a vampire. Renesmee Is Not a Normal Child...
- She is half-human / half-vampire.
- She has a heart that beats just slightly faster than a human's.
- She is warm blooded and her temperature is a little warmer than normal.
- She is assumed to have impenetrable skin like a vampire.
- She sleeps.
- She is extremely intelligent.
- She prefers to drink blood but is able to eat food too.
- She does not have the urge to hunt humans.
- She is not venomous.
- She has the sweet scent of a vampire.
- She does not sparkle in the sun but has a beautiful glow.
- She has a gift for communicating with her mind by placing her hand to your face and sharing her thoughts and memories. This gift is the opposite of Edwards ability see people's thoughts.
- She grows at an accelerated rate and will be fully matured by the time she reaches seven years of age.
- When she has matured she will stop aging.
- Her nickname is Nessie.

- Honestly the whole Twilight series sucks. It is completely based on this "average" teen Bella Swan. Well one, shes not average, shes complete dependant on that fairy. Two, vampires dont sparkle. The Cullens are fairies. Three, Jacob is not a werewolf he is a shapeshifter. Four, Swans are beautiful. Bella is named after a Swan because SM thinks shes beautiful. And Finally, it is completely impossible for vampires to have babies. Edwards sperm would have died out when he became a fairy. If you ask SM about this she'll say you have a sick mind.

- I told my sis that Jacob falls in love with Renesmee cuz she team Jacob(who knows why. I'm not) and she Said "your lieing' (even thow I have read the book and she has not). True story and that was in the rest room after we guest saw eclipse.

- Renesmee is so cute and i luv her! Edward and Bella are the perfect couple, but my best friend is kinda weird cause she doesn't like bella and thinks she should have gone with jacob so she would die. She's sorta a creep. ha ha. she was also sad when edward killed victoria because she thought victoria should have killed her. Yeah, she's a creep.
