Most people will never know the joy of Italian Lakes Holidays. It's a shame because it is such a marvelous and magical place to visit. Whether you are more into outdoors activities like hiking, swimming, fishing, etc., or more about nightlife, fine dining, and dancing, there is something for everyone at the Italian Lakes.

When you are planning your trip, you may want to consider renting a luxury Italian villa. This will make your vacation experience a lot more unique and memorable. Renting is a good idea, and is your first step towards actually making a purchase one day in the future. Since it is such a big decision to purchase a luxury Italian villa, you will probably want to rent in many different locations around each lake.

The lakes are each unique in their own way, and have lots of different types of towns around them. Some are much more touristy than others, and that should be a major consideration before making a purchasing decision, or even renting one.

So what are the most popular lakes to rent luxury Italian villas? They are easily Lake Maggiore, Lake Garda, and Lake Como. Lake Garda is definitely the most touristy, but consequently, the one with the most activities. Lake Como is also very touristy, but the surrounding shore is very mountainous terrain, which gives it a gorgeous look. Those looking for a more relaxed location, but still somewhat popular should look around Lake Maggiore, or any of the other smaller Italian lakes.

As with any property purchase, you should always take precaution and not rush into anything. Outside of that, make sure you love the property and the location, and you should be good to go! Good luck!
