When a home has been foreclosed

In todays market foreclosures are at an all time high, and there are so many homeowners in default that sometimes they can't get caught up. Once the default happens the foreclosure proceedings start. Depending on the bank they may try to work out a repayment plan if you are calling th bank and keeping them up to date on how you will get caught up.

Sometimes we get overwhelmed and can't get caught up which leads to a trustee sale in which the bank will try to sell the home to recoup there loss hopefully. If nobody bids then the bank will buy it back and try to sell it on the open market with a Real Estate Broker.
