When experiments go bad

Resident Evil is the movie series of a game with the same name.
It all starts in Raccoon city in a secret facility called "The Hive". Resident Evil: Apocalypse moves the scene to the city itself. Resident Evil: Extinction covers even more ground from the Nevada desert to Las Vegas.

Resident Evil - Plot

The Umbrella corporation operates a secret facility called "The Hive". Viral weapons are created and tested in this facility when something goes wrong, a vial of T-virus is released in the lab and the Red Queen, an artificial intelligent security system, shuts down the lab and kills all employees who are potentially infected.

The Umbrella corporation sends in a military unit to shut down the Red Queen, contaminate the virus and to figure out what happened.
They find 3 more people suffering from amnesia, Alice and Spence, also employees of the Umbrella corporation employed to secure the entrance and Matt who claims to be a police officer.
Together they enter the hive and discover what lies beyond imagination. The test creatures and the humans inside have been turned into flesh eating zombies, and the quest to shut down the Red Queen soon becomes a mission to make it out alive.
