The Anchor Cables 

The patent-pending Resistance Anchor Cable system allows you to tailor the resistance level of the cables to your specific needs. Each level represents an increase in resistance of approximately 2.5 pounds, or 1.4 kilos, in comparison to the previous level. The Level 9 cables can also be used for isometric resistance exercises. The mini-bike includes an LCD display and adjusts for resistance level and leg length.

VQ ActionCare has designed the Short Stroke for people who want movement and blood flow as an exercise, rather than a brisk cardio workout. It's great for someone who wants to ride a mile or so each day and is looking for a cardio system that provides a very short range of motion. The total range of motion of your legs when pedaling is 7 inches.
