Do you experience Hay Fever, Itchy Eyes, Running Nose, Stuffed Sinuses?
But in the last few years I have found some wonderful and effective natural therapies that work very well for me and I want to share my experience.
In the past, every spring and summer I had been experiencing sneezing and watering eyes from grasses, trees, dust, pets, weeds etc. There were times when I took 3 shots from the doctor weekly to control my symptoms. Often my voice changed to a lower octave and my sleep was disturbed because I couldn't breathe easily.
Now I breathe easy and I even live with a cat again, no problem!
RC Oil for the Respiratory System

R.C. contains powerful therapeutic - grade essential oils that are invigorating when applied, especially to the chest and throat area. R.C. is a wonderful blend to diffuse for opening sinuses.R.C. oil blend contains the following oils: myrtle, spruce, marjoram, lavender, eucalyptus citriodora, eucalyptus radiata, and eucalyptus globulus. These are anti-microbial, anti-infectious, antibacterial, antiviral, expectorant, anti-spasmodic and anti-inflammatory. They decongest and disinfect the sinuses and lungs.

Inhale Peppermint Essential Oil
Put a couple of drops of peppermint oil on your hands and rub with your non-dominant hand 3 times clockwise, then proceed to cup your hands over your nose and mouth and inhale deeply.Or another option would be to diffuse Peppermint oil while you are sleeping. Makes for a much better night when you can actually breathe! Another oil that is helpful with respiratory problems is lavender. For ordering instructions see the links below.
Sulfazyme capsules do the trick!
I give this product a great deal of credit in absolving my own sneezing and allergy symptoms. I personally take 2 per day. The bottle has 300 capsules so it lasts me 6 months!Sulfurzyme combines wolfberry with MSM, a naturally occurring organic form of dietary sulfur needed by our bodies every day to maintain the structure of proteins, protect cells and cell membranes, replenish the connections between cells, and preserve the molecular framework of connective tissue.* MSM also supports the immune system, the liver, circulation, and proper intestinal function and works to scavenge free radicals.* Wolfberries contain minerals and coenzymes that support the assimilation and metabolism of sulfur.* FOS is added to this formula to support normal digestive system health.*
MSM (methylsulfonymethane): 1.6 g per serving
Ningxia Wolfberry (Lycium barbarum fruit): 200 mg per serving
150 servings per container - follow ordering instructions in the links area below.
Wolfberries are a great anti-oxidant to use for holistic healing.
Chinese Wolfberries are highly recommended because they worked for me! These berries are juicy and come dried similar to a raison. They can be eaten straight, or used in trail mix - delicious! The ORAC rating (Oxygen Radical Absorbance Capacity) for this wolfberry is extremely high in types studied, ranking it as the best antioxidant food in the world. One of the primary ingredients in Ningxia Red juice is Chinese Wolfberries, but you can actually order the raw berry as well from Young Living - see and click on the link for Young Living in the link list below.
Drink Ningxia Red Juice
This great anti-oxidant was very helpful in my own experience and I LOVE the flavor! Ningxia Red Juice is high in Chinese Wolfberry and also pomegranate, beets, blueberry, apricot and essential oil of orange. It helps one maintain cell malleability. Free radical scavengers support efficient transport of flavonoid nutrients into the cell and waste products out of the cell.
Check out my other site for much more information on Ningxia Red Juice.

- I read a recipe not too long ago in one of my books and one of the ingredients was wolfberries. Unless they are called something else, I have never tasted them and want too. So now I know where I can get them (smiles) A combination I use for my stuffy sinus is eucalypus oil with lavender. I will place a few drops on a tissue and inhale. It always works for me. Also I drink a sinus tea that I created that has lavender, spearmint, elderberries, a touch of yarrow and nettle. Great Lens Marsha!!

- Interesting that one of your choices contains Suphur. Homeopaths also sometimes treat chronic allergies using Sulphur.
