The Wolfberries look interesting. Am I correct to think they are also known as Goji Berries?

I read a recipe not too long ago in one of my books and one of the ingredients was wolfberries. Unless they are called something else, I have never tasted them and want too. So now I know where I can get them (smiles) A combination I use for my stuffy sinus is eucalypus oil with lavender. I will place a few drops on a tissue and inhale. It always works for me. Also I drink a sinus tea that I created that has lavender, spearmint, elderberries, a touch of yarrow and nettle. Great Lens Marsha!!

Interesting that one of your choices contains Suphur. Homeopaths also sometimes treat chronic allergies using Sulphur.

Very useful information, 5***** I use Olbas Oil when I get congested, it works really well. It's Eucalyptus oil. Not sure if it's available in the USA though, I get mine in England.
