Corporate Database

The Corporate Database module provides the basic data structure for the Choise Retail Head Office and Wholesale systems.

Price Administration

The Price Administration module integrates with the Corporate Database module to provide facilities for the maintenance of products and prices held within the system. The module can be configured to fulfil the requirements of both retail and wholesale activity. Details of product/price information can be hosted to the EPOS Choise Store back office and IPoS tilling systems.

Shop/Customer Ordering & Distribution

The Shop/Customer Ordering module receives orders, which have been transmitted or manually entered at Head Office for internal branches and wholesale customers.

Warehousing

The Choise Warehouse Stock Control system is designed to be a straightforward tool to help optimise stock holdings, with the minimum amount of administration. Optimise, not Minimise, is the objective, as being out of stock can be just as costly as being overstocked.

Demand Calculation/Draft Purchase Ordering

This module provides a forecasting tool that assists in the maintenance of appropriate warehouse stock levels. The user is allowed to create draft purchase orders using calculated and entered criteria that can be produced on a 'What-if' basis.

Purchase Order System

The Purchase Order System (POS) for the Warehouse is structured to control the ordering and receipt of goods from Suppliers. The module can be run separately or in combination with the Demand Calculation/Draft Purchase Ordering module.

EPoS System Hosting

The EPoS Hosting module provides the means by which data can be transferred to and from shop based Back Office and EPoS Systems.

CHOISE Store Back Office

The Choise Store back office system is designed for shops of all sizes. It assists in maintaining the correct pricing structure, retaining adequate stock levels, producing end of day reports and daily/weekly sales reports.

IPoS Point of Sale/Till System

The IPoS Tilling System is a feature rich Windows Point of Sale software package which specifically designed for the selling of goods and services, utilising a touch screen user interface.

Branch Charging

The Branch Charging System (BCS) is an internal accounting facility that has been designed as a means of capturing the costs associated with a retail branch network. These branch costs are incurred by the receipts of goods (and other charges) either directly from suppliers or indirectly via a warehouse.

Goods Received Invoice/Matching

The Goods Received Invoice Matching System (GRIM) performs automatic Invoice to Delivery Note matching procedures within a parameter guideline of allowed variances. The system utilises the data from the Branch Charging System (BCS), together with Purchase Invoice data entered or captured within the GRIM routines.

CRTG Import & Compliance

The function of the Co-operative Retail Trading Group (CRTG) Compliance Sub-System within the Choise Head Office System is to analyse information provided by CRTG, along with actual branch sales, in order to report on the level of compliance for branches and specific sections within branches.

Point of Sale Invoicing

The Point of Sale Invoicing module provides the facility of immediate invoice generation for wholesale applications such as Cash & Carry or Trade Counter sales.

Stock Take

The Stock Take System allows the stock details of products to be frozen while a count of actual stock takes place. Actual stock is then entered against stock levels on the system and an update takes place to correct stock levels.
