New - Arizona and Retirement focused search engines.

Thirteen years ago we weren't ready to retire, but we wanted to live in a place that offered a retirement and vacation amenities. We were looking for a place with beauty, variety and an affordable adult lifestyle. We chose Arizona. Today we are still a "semi-working" couple and still enjoy our chosen home.

Dobson Ranch: Dobson Ranch, like many of Arizona's planned communities was originally an extensive cattle ranch and farming operation. Dating back to 1886 when Wilson Wesley Dobson emigrated to Arizona from Canada, it remained in the Dobson family for many generations. As many as 20,000 head of cattle once roamed the land that is now Baseline Road in Mesa.
