Heart disease or cardiopathy is an umbrella term for a variety for different diseases affecting the heart. As of 2007, it is the leading cause of death in the United States, England, Canada and Wales, National Statistics Press Release 25 May 2006 killing one person every 34 seconds in the United States alone.

Hi Jonathan, Thanks for your comment. I really didn't make any specific recommendations, but pointed the reader to authoritative resources. However, I did link to lenses about T'ai Chi for Health and Qigong For Health which in my opinion, is the best thing you can do for your health.
