Jimmy is known for having a membership cap and this one is no different. Only 1,000 members will be accepted. As anybody who knows him will attest, when he says he will cap, he does. No exceptions.

Jimmy says on the Membernaire FAQ page that "A complete beginner with virtually no history of doing business online can have everything in place after the first five lessons (I explain every step of the process in step-by-step chunks during the introductory month.)"

Which is a refreshing change from all the 'I'll make you a squillionaire in a week' sales pages that litter the internet.

So let's take a look at the pro's and cons of Membernaire:

PROS

• Reasonably priced monthly membership fee: $27

• User-friendly, lessons delivered straight to your inbox every week for 1 year to walk you through every step of setting up, mantaining, and profiting from your own membership site.
  

I've conducted some extensive searches on Jimmy via the internet and can't find a bad word said against him. It seems the guy constantly overdelivers and he certainly practices what he preaches; Membernaire is a prime example of a 'fixed term model' itself.

You also have the advantage of an 8 week guarantee if you do decide it isn't for you. Getting a refund is easy as the product is held by Clickbank.

CONS

Might be a bit too much for absolute beginners to get to grips with. There is a little bit of technical knowledge required in the aerly stages although not nearly as many as the "traditional" membership model.

These include:

• Creation of a salesletter to generate sales. You can of course outsource this if you have the budget.
  
• Setting up an autoresponder. This is not too difficult and can be learned from the company you choose. Most have videos to walk you through the process. Average cost is $19.95 month.
  
• Setting up a Download Page.
  
• Knowledge of adding opt-in forms. These are provided by your autoresponder.
  
• Setting up a hosting account for your sales page, autoresponder opt-in "thank you" page, and download page.
  
• Setting up recurring payments via PayPal.com or Clickbank.com
  

Your additional costs will be in the region of $25 -$35 per month for things such as an autoresponder and web host but you have to think in terms of running a business and all businesses have costs.

SUMMARY

I'm looking for the fastest, easist way to create your residual income through a membership site and I want to be able to do it without coming up against the pitfalls of traditional 'membership' sites.

It has to be a plus to have this course put together by Jimmy D. Brown. A quick Googling of his name will verify his credentials. In my opinion, I can't think of any other training option available that provides more value for your money.
