    Ah -- I miss SLR. I so very much enjoyed my tenure as the THURSDAY Squidoo Lens Reviewer as it gave me the opportunity to find some truly outstanding lenses worthy of review and recognition. I know MiMi had to re-prioritize her time and her SLR blog was one of the things she had to 'let go', but it sure was fun being a part of it. I STILL seek out the type of lenses I would have 'reviewed' and now leave a special comment in their guestbooks. So many worthy lenses, so little time! :-)

    Ah, SLR was the creation of MiMi (GrowWear) and I think her closing the door on it was final. It truly would not be the same blog if someone else restarted it. I have fond memories of it and of all the hard work that MiMi and her team put in.

    What a delightful collections of lensmasters. I have enjoyed reading your reviews. I see that I have missed a couple and now have a place to catch up on the ones that I missed.     This is a delightful compilation of the wonderful lenses you found and reviewed during your tenure as the Monday author. I am the new Thursday author, taking over from the wonderful writer & reviewer, dustytoes. So nice that we are able to help MiMi (GrowWear) continue recognizing outstanding lensmasters on Squidoo who write great lenses worthy of Review!

    Yes, MiMi has done a fine job and no matter who is in the team she manages to ensure she has high quality writers.

    Thank you for the review of my Halloween lens. Much appreciated. By the way the dogs name is Nipper he represented and still does RCA. The catch phrase 'His Master's Voice," is most commonly known today as "HMV." Once again thanks.

    Nicki, you have a very nice selection of lenses featured here. I really enjoyed “Life Lessons from the Appalachian Trail” by Mystic Turtle.     wow oh wow, I love this! fave, lensroll,etc. To be honest, I don't know if I have had a lens reviewed on Squidoo Lens Reviews or not. Once when I was very new I got about 600 visits in one week to Angelica and I always wonder if it was Mimi because she was my 2nd fan, and it was my 2nd lens and she said such nice things about it in her comments. That is why I had the courage to stay on Squidoo:).

    Oh, my Dark Angel, you have not been overlooked. I reviewed your "Beautiful Art from Richard Burns" lens. That is easy for me to remember because I also used your Zazzle card and I love that Snowy Owl. Also, it was only my second review to write on the Squidoo lens review. Maybe I should do a lens like our Little Green Pears. What do you think :)

I know each lensmaster you review feels a great blessing and is encouraged by your kindness. The Squidoo Lens Review is an excellent way to showcase lenses that we believe are exceptional in one way or another. Interestingly enough, I have found some of the most exceptional writers giving their time and using their talent to review other lensmaster's lenses. I am honored and am quite unworthy to be included in this extraordinary group, but I am extremely grateful for the opportunity.

    I was just checking some tweets on a Twitter Search module on a Squidoo Tips lens of mine and saw MiMi's tweet that took me to Lens Review, and then to here. Kind of a round about way of getting here. This is very, very nice and I have saw some of the lenses that you have featured, and I know they are worthy of being here. Very well done!

    It gives me a good feeling to have so many of my favourite lenses by other people gathered here, and with inspiring images too. Any time I lose enthusiasm, I have somewhere to come to see what fantastic work is being produced and to motivate me to find more of it to share. :)
