I'm writing this review from my new touchpad and this thing is awesome. It has replaced my laptop for daily use and with the new HP play (that automatically transfered all of my itunes to my touchpad) it has become my new portable stereo, and it sounds great due to the stereo speaker setup with beats audio. Video playback is awesome and provides plenty of sound to drown out a loud plane ride. Webos allows you to open up as many applications as you want and go back and forth between them just like you would on a laptop. Webos along with support for flash make the touchpad an ideal replacement for a laptop that is used primarily for web browsing. It also helps that the battery life is great and it doesnt heat up your lap like a laptop.

I've been waiting for this since last year and it was a great disappointment. It was very sluggish, heavy and thick. It was awkward to hold and there are not that many applications. The Skype built in functionality was non-existent. I could not for the life of me make a video call. Finally, my greatest complaint is that the fingerprints were very evident all over the device; on the screen and the back. This was my last breath for WebOs. Loved the OS but the device is horrendous. Ended up returning the device on the very next day it arrived.HP TouchPad Wi-Fi 32 GB 9.7-inch Tablet Computer
