The Rev project is a comprehensive package of investment and support for companies working in the advanced engineering and motorsport industries.
Rev aims to develop and grow a cluster of like minded businesses. It will encourage small and medium size companies to relocate to the area with the offer of a comprehensive support package.

Business Broker
Many businesses are put off using a Business Broker to assist with their business development because of the minefield of different public agencies all working with different agendas.
The service will proactively present and highlight existing, alternative and new support services and organisations, bringing them to the attention of the business community.
Business Grants
The REV Business Grant is a fully flexible financial grant facility available to provide a subsidy to aid businesses and skills development and engage companies in the full range of business support activities. Eligible businesses can apply for up to £5,000 for a wide range of uses.
Businesses will also be able to apply for a financial grant that will aid cash flow. Priority will be given to businesses that have not previously invested or in areas that will potentially make the business more viable or act as a catalyst for future growth.
Skills & Recruitment Broker
The Skills & Recruitment Broker for the Rev project will work closely with companies in the advanced engineering and motorsport sectors in Norfolk, providing a single point of contact for all their training and work force development needs.
Cutting through the red tape, he will work closely with businesses of all sizes in the cluster to identify and deliver the most appropriate learning, training skills, workforce development provision and recruitment advice
Youth Engagement & Graduate Employment
Encouraging youngsters to look at engineering as a vocational career will support the long term sustainability of the overall scheme. Graduates will be encouraged to consider the cluster as an attractive career prospect.
We will work closely with businesses to ensure they understand the benefits of nurturing the workforce of the future at the same time helping to provide the next generation of advanced engineers.
