Helps prevent dents, dings and damage
When we were there Alex showed us some photos and examples of work that he's done. There was also a horse float there that had been done earlier.
He told us of a job he done on a motor boat and the owners feedback was that 60% of the noise (from the bottom of the boat hitting the water as it skimmed across the surface) had been cut out.
So this polyurethane is amazing stuff.
Their spray on "Tuff Stuff" provides slip resistance and protects vehicles from rust, corrosion, abrasion and impact.

The most time consuming part of the job is masking off the car. Every inch that is not going to be sprayed needs to be covered to protect from overspray.
A special tape with embedded string is traced around the edges where the lining is supposed to stop. From there masking tape and plastic is applied to provide the cover.

They do about three passes. It also depends on how thick they plan to go. The sides of the tray get about 3mm in depth and the bottom is 4mm or 5mm.
This part doesn't take all that long. As mentioned they spend a lot of time preparing the area, so they don't have to spend time fixing things up after it's all done and set.

There are other companies that do it but the Rhino Lining is patented. Once they've taken off the masking and sheets and underlay that they cover the vehicle you're right to drive away. Other products take a day to apply and set. And a week to cure.
It's recommended you allow Rhino Lining to cure for 24 hours before it starts working like a Clydesdale.

What do you think so far? Be kind as I'd hate to hurt the little Mighty Boy's feelings.
