This year marks the 22nd annual Best in the West Rib Festival. This rib festival is held on Labor Day weekend on Victorian Square in Sparks, Nevada. Although it's a rib festival, it's for more than just the rib lover; there's something for everyone in the entire family. The Best in the West Rib Festival is the largest arts & crafts fair in Northern Nevada and it has a huge Kids' Area loaded with carnival rides and inflatable games, rides, and slides.The event kicks off each year with the annual Rib Eating Championship featuring some of the top professional competitive eaters in the world.
