How i made $14.039,00 in TWO WEEKS with Amazon

Today is October, the 14th.

It's now exactly two weeks since i started my new method of making money on amazon.

I chose this day since i set a goal of two weeks to have a recap of my earnings in two weeks.

From October 1st til today i made exactly EU 14.039,12 on commission with amazon.



We're buying a new car now, go figure ;)

1) I found a very profitable niche on amazon. I did NOT use amazon.com but amazon.de for this campaign. Some Amazon-stores are less oversaturated, and before i started my campaign i did research on .UK and .DE market and found .DE the best way for this niche.

I apologize i can't tell you my niche. Please be thankful i tell you my method. I was debating a long time whether i should blog about it or not in fear i might get competition. After some thinking i came to the conclusion it's ok to blog about my earnings since there are many products on amazon
If you have only half a brain you can find a profitable niche also.

I can tell you so much:

I focused on products which gave me AT LEAST EU 20 on commission. High value products in the range EU 550 and up. Every product i sell is at least EU 550. (Hint, hint..really: Go for the Big Ones...)

I used Amazonhunter (i blogged about this a few times already) on my webmaster blog and went on amazon.de to get a list of ALL products in that niche. With amazonhunter i filtered out all items below EU 550.

I created as many ads i could get out of this list and did some editing of the keywords amazonhunter found.

I went on Google Adwords and used the keyword-search tool which (again) confirmed what great niche i found, got me additional keywords. Basically i got any keyword for this market i could get my hands on :)

(Hint: Product names, model-numbers ...)

I spent a decent amount on my adwords campaign. I told myself i NEED the clicks. If i dont get the clicks i wont make sales. So i set my campaign at EU 45 daily budget an min CPC at EU 0.26.

The majority of the ads had way lower CPC since i often was the only one with a campaign and the vast majority (95%!) of my ads had "great" quality score with only EU 0.03 or EU 0.04 CPC.

The nice thing with Amazonhunter is that i totally skipped dealing with any of my own websites since i just use my aff-links in the ads and www.amazon.de as destiation-URL.

I made approx. 1200 Adgroups which i transferred from amazonhunter to the adwords-editor. I also used adwords-editor to re-group and sort keywords, i did some minor tweaks to keep CPC and quality score low.

In my ads i used catchy phrasing and mentioed that we have the best prices on new, used and refurbished products. I think this was a very good idea since many people are looking for deals online and getting good deals on refurbished or used high-priced products is always a sure way to get clicks !

Today is only the 14th and made over EU 14.000 on commission up to today in this month.

I already made even more campaigns and i also found some more niches.

Once i will get the check from amazon i will spend even more on adwords and make more ads with Amazonhunter.

I also wont bother with the number of my AoM or Astores since i never saw such earnings with any of those before.

Exciting times !

Why i am telling you all this ? Because i am active on various forums (like Digital Point Forum and Warriors and already got lots of awesome advice and good tips there. This is my way to give back to the community. I also wont lose anythig since amazon has just too many products and niches...for years to come and make profits of.
