I am building and working on many websites, including video websites, traffic websites, community websites and many more, I also design and host website for other people as well, this is probably the cause of why sometimes my websites appear half done. I have only just begun on the internet about 2 years ago, I employ many part time people on a subcontract basis, these include mostly programmers and graphic designers, I hire these guys to mostly do my client websites.
