Even-though I have not had very many relationships in the past, the relationships I have had were pretty good ones. I have a relationship with my family but not many with anybody outside them. However, my last relationship was with an sweet girl. She was just a little younger than I was. However, I felt a wonderful connection between the two of us especially when we were together. We had a lot of things in common. We both liked the same musicians and movies. We shared values. However, there are problems and therefore we had to break up. Breaking up with my girlfriend ,at the time, seemed the right thing to do. At the same time I am sad for my now former girlfriend as well.
The main key to an effective relationship/marriage is communication. Another is honesty. Both of these factors are important towards relationships and/or marriages. If one partner does honestly talk to his or her mate the term is pointless and painful for both partners. An example is when one partner spends all of his or her time in the bedroom and never comes out accept during dinner time. Or when one partner spends all of his her times watching TV by themselves. They could be isolating themselves from everybody else instead of spending time talking to each other. They need to have conversations with each other and not go into their own world.
Honesty. The worse part is when one partner or both dishonest with one another. Without honesty , involved, the marriage/relationship is dead. At the same time both parties wind up becoming tired and irritated with the other. With honesty in relationships/marriages both all parties involved end up in pain or death. Lying is the main reason people break up due to dishonesty in any relationship/marriage.
