Riddler Costumes For Halloween or Theme Parties
No matter which Batman movie/comic/cartoon you're watching the Riddler's costume is always either a green suit, green or purple tie, and bowler hat or a green jumpsuit with a mask. Since the second year of 1960s Batman and Robin, Riddler often carries a trick "question mark" cane. Unlike most of the other prominent members of Batman's rogues gallery, the Riddler is not a psychopathic murderer; a large portion of Riddler's crimes are non-violent in nature. Batman's direct conflicts with the Riddler are typically more cerebral than physical and usually involve defeating him non-violently.

In the 1960s version of Batman and Robin, The Riddler was played by Frank Gorshin and John Astin. Frank Gorshin's Riddler had 2 suits that he would wear. One was simply the green jumpsuit with the large question mark in the middle of it and the other was a suit with the bowler hat and white gloves. John Astin's Riddler character only wore the green jumpsuit with the question mark in the middle of it. His Riddler character however introduced the Riddler's cane/stick. It was basically a stick with a question mark as the handle. Finding a Riddler's costume may be a little harder then you think so if you simply take the Riddler's green t-shirt and wear it over top of the green mock turtleneck and the green tights then you would be too far off. If you choose to wear the Riddler's suit, you could always take a green blazer and using a black marker draw your own question marks in different directions on it or make the question marks out of black material.

The Riddler's costume was basically the same as it always was, the green tights with the large question mark, the cane, the mask and the bowler hat. The one major difference however was the hair. For some strange reason whenever Edward Nygma changed into the Riddler his hair would change to red as well. So if you decide you would sooner be Edward then the Riddler, then grab the lab coat, mess up the hair, bug the eyes out and become the wacky scientist.
