Have some fun! Step out and do something unusual! Ride an Elephant!
The idea for this lens came from a discussion on 2020's Google Group Killing Zombies! Of course, the whole point of the discussion was to dare to do something unusual - get out of your rut! But somehow I just got more and more determined to find out where you could actually go to ride on an elephant! Thanks 2020 and all you super folks at Killing Zombies! This was a fun lens to make! And I think I will always remember now to go on and ride those elephants! Life's too short to just sit and watch it pass by!

- I've never ridden one, but I've long admired elephants. They are among the most intelligent 4-leggers out there and even have a sense of family.

- I've never ridden an elephant before, just seen them at the zoo. It must be a little frightening when they rear back so I guess you gotta hold on tight! My favorite unusual vacation spot...is my home!

- Oh...for armchair travelers there's a great movie you could add here: Water for Elephants. Reese Witherspoon did her own elephant riding...no stunt double for her!

- My backyard. I can sit on the patio and listen to the bird songs early in the morning, Kookaburras, Stormbirds, pigeons, Cockatoos, Galahs, Willy Wagtails, Crows, and some others. This is all year round. I love it. What's unusual about it? It's private.

- I would love to ride an elephant. I've ridden a camel before, but it was just around a little track at the zoo. Give me a camel, the Sahara desert, a good looking man and buried treasure and I'm there.

- It is actually illegal to ride an elephant in the United States. There are a few places that will still let you do it, but it is not a good idea. Many elephants available for riding live in awful conditions, and many go insane and die because of these poor conditions. Please look into this a bit more before you post anything else.
