RIDE OF SILENCE: Will Not Be Quiet!
First, Provide YOU with unique, useful and updated information on the amazing Ride of Silence organization, the worldwide event, information on what other towns are doing and unique ways to honor your fellow cyclists.

Second, I'd like to introduce my
new company Buttons of Hope for your consideration. I started Buttons of Hope to give people like you a way to put a face on this cause ~ a way for you to ride silent and let a picture tell the story by making it easy to create your own custom photo button to honor a fallen cyclist. What if everyone wore a photo button during the ride ~ how powerful and LOUD would that be!? [More on Buttons of Hope below]
The Ride Of Silence is a free ride that asks its cyclists to ride no faster than 12 mph and remain silent during the ride. There is no brochure, no sponsors, no registration fees and no t-shirt. The ride, which is held during Bike Safety month (May), aims to raise the awareness of motorists, police and city officials that cyclists have a legal right to the public roadways. The ride is also a chance to show respect for those who have been killed or injured.
So grab a cup of coffee & take a look around and while you're here check out Buttons of Hope and consider making a custom photo button to wear in support of a loved one during the 2008 Ride of Silence.
