Are You Ridiculously Charming?

1. pleasing; delightful.
2. using charm; exercising magic power.
3. having the qualities of someone or something charming, i.e. Charming Charles.

Many people are charming, but few are ridiculously charming.

Charm is the aggregate level of appreciation and attentiveness given to you via physical, verbal and aromatic cues, as envisioned by others

To create charm (or the illusion of charm), one must cultivate the many factors necessary to be charming.

Some of these are:

Attractive facial and bodily features
Composure, stature and bearing
Good grooming
Cleanliness and good hygiene
Confident and competent speaking tone
Knowledge and application of thought
Humor and entertainment value
Strong, but pleasant and appropriate scent
"It"

All of the above factors contribute to charm and make it easier for one to deal with personal interaction, and leave viewers with a positive impression and image of you.

Failure to address one or more of the above factors can cause others to think that you are weak, rude, foolish, poor, unintelligent, boorish, untidy, diseased, or *gasp* worst of all, uncharming.

Regardless of, or in concert with, the above factors, some people are charming simply because they have "It". Not the Stephen King novel or movie. No, I'm referring to "It" - the indescribable something that allows some people to have and do whatever they like, including have charm and be charming.

Getting "It"

You can't get "It". You either have "It" or you don't. Sorry. "It" rarely goes away, but "It" never shows up just for kicks. People are born with "It", but cannot inher"It", buy, steal or beg for "It".

I digress.

Learning to Be Charming

All other factors of charm are trainable. You don't need to be attractive to be charming, but it makes things easier. You don't have to be witty or funny to be charming, but it helps. You don't have to shower, but you really should. Ok, you DO have to shower, but you don't have to primp for two hours in front of the mirror.
