I started late September and I am up to 43 lenses built. I am working towards the goal. I do get stumped. I see a lot of lenses then think to myself why didn't I think of that?

What an awesome lens! Congrats on becoming a Giant Squid, and thank you for sharing your journey. Very interesting!

Glad you liked the Good Ideas section. Sometimes it just helps to see a list of brainstorming ideas to trigger a new idea. I have reams of notebooks full of ideas I noted during brainstorming or mindmapping sessions. Not enough life to use them all!

What a great lens. I esp. love the "Where Are the Good Ideas?" section. (It gave me some good ideas!)

I didn't set out to be a Giant either, in fact the first time I found out about it, was the day I got an email telling me I was one of the 70 people picked back when they did the first round in Sept '07. I had no idea what they were talking about or what a Giant Squid was! It's been great fun being a Giant though, cause I've gotten to test out templates and such things days (or even weeks) before the rest of Squidoo got to try them.

All I can say is: I LOVE SQUIDOO!
