- I was a fan of Robert Bateman's years before I knew he was Canadian. It wasn't until I had a Canadian friend who also loved his work that I found out he was.

- Robert Bateman was my mothers art teacher, ever sinces we love his work it brings so much life to the painting. My mother still has that yearbook. I would love for Robert Bateman to call her one day, she cant get around to see him, but I know it would make her day. keep up the great work.
