My Squid Story
In a nut shell
I originally came to Squidoo to promote a micro-site I was writing. Before long, I was earning more here than I was at the other place so when that site was sold, instead of going with the new owners, I decided to make Squidoo my full-time writing platform. I haven't looked back since!
Some of my SquidComplishments
I was among the very first group of Giant Squids.
I was a Squid Citizen twice.
I was the Giant Squid Mentor.
I'm now a Squidoo Community Organizer.
I'm also the group leader of The Cupcake Club.
I love Squidoo!
Things you might not know about me
I love classic muscle cars.
I do okay but I'm not really a great cook.
I'm a cat person.
I used to be the cupcake mom at my sons school.
My favorite number is 5.
If you take a ride in my car New Wave 80's music will be playing and I will be singing (badly) along with it.
In our neighborhood, ours was the Kool-Aid house.
My favorite place on earth is Disney World.
I prefer summer over winter and enjoy both spring and fall equally.
I'm a published author of short stories and poetry.

- Hi Robin I have stopped by because I have had my lens featured in the winter home decorating. I am really over the moon at the moment, it was a great surprise and it really made my day, not that most of my days aren't good, but it was the icing on the cake, thank you, and to all the other people from Squidoo your the greatest.

- So here's my question. Where is Push's lens? Tsk, tsk. Think what damage is being done to that poor cat's self-esteem. I am really inspired by all you have accomplished here (despite the fact that you are ignoring Push :-). Someday maybe I will grow up to be just like you.

- Unfortunately, poor Push passed away this year. I can't bring myself to take the picture down. I should do a lens for his memory. He was a good cat, though a little bratty at times. We miss him terribly. It was cancer that did him in.

- Hello. Can you please help me? I am at begining and do not know whay I have a lens at http://www.squidoo.com/make-money-online-with-google-adsense-and-amazon but in my statistics it shows I have none. Is at 91%. Need 20 likes and 1 like from a Giant Squid. Can you please vote me? Pretty-please :)
And another dilemma for me is why i do not have Google AdSense ads on my lens and also not a Google +1 button as I've seen here for example http://www.squidoo.com/cadouri-lumanari

- Hi Robin, I am a New Yorker residing Florida for over 13 years. Married to a wonderful lady and father of three great children: Pamela, Nelson, and Ramsey. You have great looking family, and a I must say a very cute granddaughter.

- I stopped by to say that's good to have the real "you" appearing in your photo. I'm going to check out some of the lenses you've featured here because they sound fascinating. Looking at your stats, I can't imagine reaching that number of lenses, much less than rating so many lenses. I guess it must be all in a day's work for you. :)
