Roboform is a terrific tool for filling in web forms with the click of a button. It will provide your saved password to the matching website, and then log you into the website with just one click - automatically.
In short, Roboform is a password manager and form filler.
Now 30 days after downloading and installing Roboform, you will be limited to 10 saved passwords. However if you are like me, then you will find yourself wanting/needing the ability to save more than that.
No worries! There is a pro version available that gives you the ability to save unlimited passwords, and will also open up the other limitations imposed upon the free version.
Program Features of Roboform
Roboform is, hands down, the one program I could not live without. I literally have hundreds of passwords saved!
Now onto some of the features that I find worthwhile:
AutoSave passwords in browser - RoboForm offers to save the online login information into a Passcard when you click the Login/Submit button on the web page.
AutoFill passwords to login form - RoboForm offers to fill the saved password when you visit the page for which a password was saved.
Click Login button for you - A single Login command will navigate you to a site login page, automatically fill in the saved password, and submit it.
Note: Be careful using this command on sites that require a security code/phrase to be entered with your login id and password. With sites such as this, it is best to use the fill command alone.
Generate Secure Random Passwords - Generate random passwords of any length, up to 512 characters.

How To Activate Roboform
Upon purchasing the Pro version, you will need to Activate Your RoboForm. This is easily done by entering your Name/Email or your Name/Order ID, and then pressing the submit button.
How To Back Up and Restore User Data
Backing up and restoring RoboForm User Data is just copying files. You can do it yourself or RoboForm can do it for you.
Backup User Data
- In "RoboForm -> Options -> User Data" click "Backup" button (see image above).
- Select a folder to which you want to backup (copy) your Passcards and Identities.
- RoboForm will erase all files in the destination folder and then
- RoboForm will copy your user data files to the destination folder.
To copy RoboForm, with all its data, from one computer to another computer can be done in 3 easy steps:
1. Install RoboForm on the new computer from RoboForm Download Page.
2. Copy RoboForm data files from the old computer to the new computer using Backup and Restore.
3a. If you paid for RoboForm Pro before and you will be using both old and new computer, buy an additional license for the new computer: go to Buy Upgrades page and follow instructions.
3b. If you paid for RoboForm Pro before and you will stop using the old computer, activate RoboForm Pro on the new computer using Online Pro Activator.
