Rock and Roll Boogie!
I love to dance, but with all the computer work, and the strange effect night shift has upon the body, I somehow gained a few inches around the waist.
This poundage seems to be difficult to shake loose.
But I am determined. Shaking it loose is the work of a few good dance sessions everyday. Plus a walk or two with my doggies, and perhaps a few good work outs at the gym a few times a week.
Not to mention the gathering of wood for the stove, and the inordinate amount of work to do around grounds where I live!!

Speaking of my house, this is a picture of my house and the accompanying barn, taken from exactly where the river is flowing by.
See how it looks like an uphill slope?
Well, it is exactly that.
But it is a joyous hill that we walk quite often, loving every beautiful moment. The pine and locust trees are a little different because of the light everytime I snap a picture of them.
I need a little of that same light to get into my fat cells and magically make them evaporate!!

- Hey Rockchick, we have similar musical tatstes! I have always loved the Bowie/Jagger version of Dancing in the Streets - it makes you want to do just that!
I also love your house and envy your location - to have a massive garden like that with a river flowing by! My hubby is resisting the suggestion that we get water flowing around our back garden!
