1) Every week in July the RocketMoms will be working on a different foodthemed lens.

2) There were a few delicious foodie sponsors lined up that think the RocketMoms are awesome and they gave away some super prizes during Session 8.

3) There won't be an "Official" graduation. Instead all lenses submitted for Session 8 will have a chance to appear in the The 2010 RocketMoms Cookbook lens. The best lenses will be organized into pages on the lens. It's hard to see how the Cookbook lens will look because it's empty right now...but when it's complete it will be a great RocketMom resource to pass on to your friends and family.

1) Session 6 will run from March 1st until March 31st. This month long intensive session will focus on building traffic and quality into your lenses..

2) The session will consist of 2 parts.

Part 1: Creating a niche Facebook Fan Page for something that interests you. For example, you might start a page for gardening or Las Vegas travel or Wilton cake decorating or Beagles. Then I'll be giving daily tips on how to build a community of people for your page that you'll be able to integrate with your Squidoo lenses.

Part 2: Quality lenses. Instead of building new lenses this session we'll be focusing on improving existing ones. Everyday for 31 days I'll be posting one existing RocketMoms lens that we'll all be able to critique and improve. You'll be able to learn from group discussion on how to improve these example lenses. We did this for the Giant in the Fall for the "No Hype" project and it was highly beneficial to all!

Rocketmoms is a gathering of the smartest women on the web, working together to make Squidoo lenses (and a whole lot more).
