Rocket Moms is a gathering of the smartest women on the web, working together to make Squidoo lenses (and a whole lot more). Check out the new RocketMoms HQ.

This is a 6 week exclusive program for only about 60 or so women on Squidoo. The main point is to meet each other, get creative with new lenses, and have fun.

First Graduating Class of "RocketMoms" 

 Introducing the very first graduating class of "RocketMoms". RocketMoms is a niche group of Squidoo lensmasters working together to make lenses and lots more. They are moms, grandmas, step-mothers, moms of multiples and every type of mom you can imagine.

Each RocketMom eagerly accepted the challenge to create 6 lenses over a 6 week period. Out of over 60 RocketMoms in our very first session, 39 RocketMoms completed that challenge (and then some). The lenses they created are smart, creative, unique, caring and contain a wealth of knowledge on fascinating topics.

So without further ado, Congratulations! RocketMoms Class of June 3rd, 2009!

Hey, that's me! :)

 Heather was one of the very first people to participate in the maiden voyage of our Rocketmoms academy.

Rocketmoms is a gathering of the smartest women on the web, working together to make Squidoo lenses (and a whole lot more).

As part of the 6-week program, a Rocketmom takes on the challenge of making 6 lenses: an About Me lens, a Niche Lens, a Recipe lens, a Travel lens, a Holiday lens and a Lensography. They also had two extra-credit lenses, a Top 10 lens and a Charity lens.

Here are some of Heather's amazing lenses that she made as part of the RocketMoms Program. The completion of which, and her participation in the Rocketmoms program, earn her this "official" online Rocketmoms graduation certificate.

 In Session 2, each RocketMom eagerly accepted the challenge to create 8 lenses over a 8 week period. Out of over 140 RocketMoms, 56 RocketMoms completed that challenge (and then some). The lenses they created are smart, creative, unique, caring and contain a wealth of knowledge on fascinating topics. I am proud to have been a part of their success and can't wait to see what happens for RocketMoms: Session 3 which begins on August 17th!
