RocketMoms Session 7: Challenge #1 - Fun with food!

Ranked #19,867 in Food & Cooking, #356,505 overall

Face it! Food is fun. So our first RocketMoms assignment for Session 7 is going to be about food!

You can get super creative with this one. Do a lens about crocheted apples or wax fruit centerpieces. How about your Grandma's apple pie recipe or Aunt Ruth's ham casserole? Try a lens about your backyard garden or your favorite DQ treat! As long as it had to do with food your in!

Another fun part of Session 7 is that anyone on the RocketMoms Facebook fan site can play along with the RocketMoms AND use the RocketMoms template.

AND we are also teaming up with a few of the new SquidClubs. This means that you can use the RocketMoms template OR one of our SquidClub templates to complete your lens.

So get cooking and create your most interesting foodie lens you can think of. I'll be featuring some of my favorites on the RocketMoms Blog as part of our Superstar Lens of the Day.

Have fun and don't forget to add your lenses to the plexo below. You are welcome to create more then one lens for this challenge. Try out a few of the templates!

Use one of these 3 templates for your food lens.

The Cupcake Club

The Cupcake Club is also home for cute and unique decorating ideas, debates about chocolate vs. vanilla frosting, recommendations for the best kitchen gadgets, cupcake sightings at hot bakeries around town, colorful cupcake photography... If you've got a sweet tooth for cupcakes, you're in the right place.

Create a Cupcake Club lens.

Why Veg? Club

Whether you are vegan, vegetarian or eat meat-free occasionally, this group welcomes you to share your story about vegetarianism. In the spirit of healthy bodies and a healthy planet, tell us about your transformation. We're also open to yummy recipes, restaurant reviews and any tips you've got on living a vegetarian lifestyle.

Create a Why Veg? Club lens.

Add your finished lenses to the plexo.

Wow! I'm almost last, and while I've been working on mine you've all created a wealth of lenses I'd like to read. I was afraid someone would do what I did, but so far, you haven't. Funn6y how many different lenses can be created on the same theme.
