It's hard to believe that Rockvam Boat Yards, Inc. has been in operation 50 years, but it has! It was started in 1961 by Jerry and Joyce Rockvam when it only included a gas dock, dock with slips, winter storage and a dirt floor repair shop. The location has never changed, always on the south shore of West Arm - Lake MInnetonka - located in the quaint city of Spring Park, Minnesota. In the next section you'll find a slide show of some great aerial photos. They have been taken over the years and help to highlight how our marina has expanded.

1977 - Notice in the beginning we had our house with a Ship's Store in the bottom (it's on shore by the big dock), you can also see dock #1 with the gas dock and Warehouse #1 across the street.
Full Service Marina with Lots of Services!
We are a full service marina. What does that mean? Well, it means we can help you with every aspect of boating... we sell pre-owned boats, we can rent you a slip or put your boat our In/Out Service (that's where call an hour ahead and we launch the boat via forklift - it's something to see!). We can sell you gas or maybe some ice in our ship's store. Speaking of ice, when the winter rolls around (as it always does) we've got plenty of room in our winter storage program, then there is that nasty rock pile that got the better of your lower unit... well, the service techs can help you with that too. Don't have a boat? Come in and shop at our Ship's Store when you rent a pontoon... OR Join our boat club, it's new and very cool... see we've got just about everything!I really don't want to get into the "exact details" of all of our services here, because all I'll do is repeat the information you can find them on our website... just below this text you'll find several links to our website.
