Rodizio Grill: The Standard Review
A Wonderful Culinary Journey Through Brazil
Each table gets two cues, one red and one green. When you are ready for the next succulent experience of meat, you place the green cue on the table. The waiter (Brazilian Gaucho) will come by and carve each person at the table a serving of what is on the skewer. When you need to take a breath between bites, you place red cue on the table.
Some of their mouth watering featured items include Glazed Pineapple, Top Sirloin, Filet wrapped in bacon, and Salmon.
Are you a vegetarian? Not to worry with their 30 item salad bar! Another must-try is their homemade Brazilian desserts. The favorite is the Bolo Brigadeiro (chocolate cake), one they say, you will never be able to re-create at home.
Rodizio Grill is America's First Brazilian Steakhouse since 1996. Rodizio Grill was voted Nation's Restaurant News "Hot Concept" award winner.
