Rodrigue Molyneaux Winery

Livermore Valley wine country has many things in common with Italy's Tuscany region. The soil conditions and climate are strikingly similar. Rodrigue Molyneaux Winery captures the essense of Tuscany in a selection of robust estate bottled wines. The family-owned vineyard and winery specializes in complex full-bodied red varietals, including Barbera, Cabernet Sauvignon, Pinot Bianco, Port, Primitivo, Primavera Rosa, and Sangiovese. The wines are fabulous, but it's worth a trip just to enjoy the beautiful gardens and watch horses grazing happily in neighboring pastures.

Rodrigue Molyneaux Wine Tasting

3053 Marina Avenue, Livermore

Visitors to Rodrigue Molyneaux Winery are welcomed by beautiful gardens, where rescued telephone poles enjoy new life as hardscaping for lush flower and vegetable beds. The atmosphere is casual and perfect for relaxing with a picnic lunch and a glass of Primavera Rosa. The beautifully designed tasting room is a refurbished horse barn with interior walls bathed in golden yellow. Wines and olive oil are available for sampling and purchase. Step outside for a self-guided tour of the grounds.

Saturday from 12:30pm to 5pm
Sunday from 12:30pm to 5pm
