    Lovely Valentine Dinner at home is the best way to go if you know how to cook. My wife found this Lobster Thermidor recipe and plus some Dolce Sparkling Wine it was amazing.

    YUM - your wife and daughters are so fortunate you love to cook. Hubby is a creative cook also, but this year we went to a local favorite, Gracie's, in Pine Forge, PA ... absolutely heavenly food plus art, ambiance and oh, yeah fun romantic menu for Valentine's Day.

    Beautiful lens..my husband broke the red roses tradition this year, and brought me a bouquet with Iris, pink roses, a cluster of Heather and the usual leaves and baby's breath to decorate. I loved it, so much prettier than a cluster of very expensive flowers that all look the same and don't last, JMHO:) Congrats on LOTD, beautiful. ~claudia

    I actually prefer dining in on Valentine's Day and have my menu planned. However, if my sweetie would prefer this menu for me on Valentine's Day or any other day, I would think I had died and gone to heaven. Not because he never cooks (he rarely cooks) but because this looks absolutely delicious! I really enjoyed this yummy, very tastefully done (sorry) page! Congratulations on Lens of the Day!

    I have to tell you, this is one of my all time favorite lenses. I'm not much of a cook but I like reading about cooking and this was well done. Too bad I don't have a special someone to prepared any of the above suggestions, will just have to do it for me--am bookmarking this one and sharing with people I know who do cook.     For a fun and romantic movie, try "The Sure Thing" with Daphne Zuniga and John Cusack or Valley Girls with Nicholas Cage and their is always the unforgettable "Lady and the Tramp." :)

    In my day on Valentines one sent a card to a member of the opposite sex that you happened to fancy.Now they may not have been aware of your existence, so all cards sent were unsigned to
    leave the recipient in the dark and wondering. The current practice of signing it and all the other stuff ruins it.
    Your idea of a meal though is an excellent one and so is this page. Well done!

I am actually more curious about what kind of blogging template/font schemes etc that you used to make this. :) thank you. - A guy who can cook fairly well! I was planning on being lazy and going out, but 2 days back I began thinking about ($$$) making good stuff at home, then going out for ice cream. Now I will definitely cook at home :)

Really, what is more wonderful then making it clear to your loved ones then making a special little night in the comfort of your own home! Nobody needs diamonds, overpriced already cut and ready to die roses or a snobby resturaunt meal where you can barely laugh outloud in! Bringing it home, wherever that may be, a candle or two... and a little meaningful toast to eachother... a perfect recipie in itself eh?
