1. Ron Paul's views on abortion
...Ron Paul, a medical doctor, never had to use abortion to save a woman's life
Ron Paul would like to have a "Sanctity of Life Act" passed, defining life as beginning at conception. He would also like to effectively repeal Roe v. Wade by legislation that removes abortion from federal court jurisdiction.

Ron Paul believes we should not be forced to use ObamaCare.
As President, Ron Paul would want to "Repeal ObamaCare and end its unconstitutional mandate that all Americans must carry only government-approved health insurance or answer to the IRS." (Quoting Ron Paul's website on health care.)
3. Ron Paul wants an audit of the Federal Reserve
The Federal Reserve handles our money but is not part of the US government.
His website states: "As President, Ron Paul will work for passage of comprehensive audit legislation, and he will also fight to legalize sound money so Americans will have alternatives to the Fed's inflated paper money."

4. Ron Paul wants the USA borders to be secured.
Our long borders to the north and south are currently unsecured.

5. Ron Paul believes that only Congress can declare war.
After all, that is what the US Constitution states.

The TSA guards airports from potential terrorists by forcing searches on all who want to travel by airplane.
Ron Paul's website states, "Prevent the TSA from forcing Americans to either be groped or ogled just to travel on an airplane and ultimately abolish the unconstitutional agency."

End the Fed!
His website states: "Ultimately, he will lead the charge to end the dishonest, immoral, and unconstitutional Federal Reserve System, enabling America to take a giant step toward economic security, financial responsibility, and lasting prosperity."
8. Ron Paul wants to abolish income and death taxes
He suggests a "Liberty Amendment" to the US Constitution to eliminate these taxes
His website states: "As President, Ron Paul will support a Liberty Amendment to the Constitution to abolish the income and death taxes. And he will be proud to be the one who finally turns off the lights at the IRS for good."
9. Ron Paul intends to protect the second amendment
Ron Paul believes that Americans should have the right to bear arms.
His website states: "With our gun rights under constant attack from our own government and the anti-gun United Nations, as well as the threat of rising crime due to our country's economic woes, Congressman Paul believes it has never been more important that our President be 100% committed to defending our God-given right to keep and bear arms."

I believe that Ron Paul is the only hope that our country has to change the destructive course that we are on. The GOP is hostile to Dr Paul as is the media. He represents the people and that is a threat to the status quo. The biggest problem the GOP has right now is that they are realizing that Paul supporters are unwilling to support any other candidate. This means that if Paul does not get the nomination the GOP will be losing the next general election. It does not matter if Paul goes independent or not. His supporters, myself included, will write him in. To us 4 more years of Obama is no worse than 4-8 more years of Romney.

Ron Paul is consistant never changes his position. The best way to know who's right, is who's paying for their campaign. More military have contributed to Ron Pauls campaign, than anyone else running. American people believe in him and his cause.

Like him or not, Ron Paul is the only politician who has absolutely voted his position, 100% of the time, and has NEVER taken a dime of lobbyist money. If he says he's for it you can believe it. Not one other current politician has a VOTING record that matches his rhetoric.

All the others candidates who are running, have been shown to tell lies, to hide financial records, to smear ron paul and to flip flop on their own politics and beliefs - even Obama lied. He promised to bring the troops home as the first thing he would do. He lied. its now the LAST thing he is doing (in this term) and only because Iraq is forcing him to do so.
Ron Paul has been consistent and upfront for the last 30 years - NOONE else has been that consistent - EVER.

There are some issues I agree with and others I do not, however that is the thought of all of the candidates. Every presidential hopeful has made promises that they were unable to keep once in office. The one that has the best marketing campaign and the most money will become president.
