Ron Paul's Bullish and Bearish Plays in the Stock Market

Texas Congressman and presidential candidate, Dr. Ron Paul is an astute and savvy Stock Market participant. This becomes evident as we examine his stock portfolio through this lens. In fact, Dr. Paul holds two ETFs (Exchange Traded Funds) that will go up in value if the stock market goes down. These are the Rydex-Ursa Mutual Fund and Prudent Bear Mutual Fund. Perhaps good information if you are a Stock Market Bear. On the whole, we observe obvious bullish positions in precious metals, mining, regional banks and such that in all likelihood, are better indicatiors of practicality in the face of the Fed's willingness to prop up equities.
