After performing in small venues while continuing her day job as a television host, Rosanne decided to pursue her musical passion and produce a demo CD with Toronto jazz artists, The Botos Brothers (Robert Botos on piano, Atilla Darvas on bass, and Frank Botos on drums) at Phase One Studio. The three song demo met with fabulous feedback, and caught the ear of a major record executive, who overheard engineer George Seara playing it in the studio. Liking what he heard, he inspired a collaboration between Rosanne and musical genius Doug Riley.
Over the next year, Rosanne and Doug complied a list of songs for a full length debut CD… and between Doug Riley's stunning arrangements, Jake Langley's guitar brilliance, Chris Mitchell's gorgeous horn playing and Ben Riley's powerful percussion and drums… a band to showcase Rosanne's voice was born. 'Home At Last' is a collection filled with stunning renditions of standards and pieces chosen from a more current songbook including a haunting cover of Sting's 'Tomorrow We'll See', and up tempo 'He Thinks He's In Love' written by LA artist, Eleni Mandell and a sexy, lush take on Steely Dan's 'Home At Last', the title track.
Rosanne lives in Toronto, Canada, and in addition to feeding her musical fervor, is a popular television host on Canada's The Shopping Channel.
