Ross Perot vs. Ron Paul: Which would win? This is a hypothetical pairing of two potential political opponents. Whether talking about the Presidential Election of 2008, or the current/upcoming election. Put on your thinking caps and let's debate this political pairing of Ross Perot vs. Ron Paul. That would be RP2.
I think we have here two candidates for President that are equal in a lot of respects. Equal visibility, credibility, and platform. In my opinion, Ross Perot would be the stronger candidate and more dominant of a player than Ron Paul. If you want an RP candidate for the White House, why not Ross Perot?

ross perot by a landslide. i really appreciate ron paul but he supported reagan whose voodoo economics increaded the debt very much and lead to the mess we are in right now. also there is a quality difference in the way both RPs see the state/government. while ron paul just wants the government out of everything, ross favours government (especially when it comes down to education) and also says there has to be just budgeted ways of doing so.
another thing: i never see ron paul smiling or showing some good sense of humor. he is just an old frustrated guy. ross perot wasnt.

I would definately vote for Ron. Rons plan is to get us back to how the founders of America wanted us to live. His approach is constitutional, of good morals, and of liberty. I've never been blown away by a politician in my life, but Paul seems to speak from the heart. When I was watching the Republican Convention, Ron seemed like the only one I could believe. He just looked around and went... wait a minute, thats not at all whats going on. Everyone else seems to basically agree with each other
