Rovinj is a town on the west coast of the peninsula of Istria in Croatia.
It was mentioned and documented as "Ruigno" and "Rovignio"in the 7th century for the first time.

- I am planning a tour of Europe in the fall and will definitely add Rovinj to the list of places to visit in Croatia other than Dubrovnik and Split. I am a huge boat fan and the harbor looks beautiful.
