Some Kind of Scam? Or Great Idea?
Run a car on water? You would think this would be an impossible idea. It appears I was very wrong for thinking that! From what I can gather the idea of water powered cars has been around even longer than I have. And my kids say that's a really long time!
We have more than 50,000 American households now running a car on water. That may not really seem like very many, but the numbers are going up all the time.
What are some reasons you may want to consider running a car on water?
- The conversion can be done cheaply and fairly easily
- You can save thousands of dollars on gasoline purchases
- It's a lot more friendly to the environment
- You will save wear and tear on the engine of your car
- You will get improved efficiency in the engine of your car
The Truth About Water Powered Cars
As for safety, run your car on water conversions are completely safe for all cars and trucks. Installing them does not void the warranty on your car. The IRS seems to agree that water fuel technology is good. They are offering some great tax incentives for using green technology.
So there is the truth about water powered cars. Make sure that whatever manual you purchase is easy to understand. These systems work really well and I think you will be very happy with your savings at the gas pump.

Convert Your Car To Run On Water
The new hybrid cars are a real improvement over the gas only engine. Unfortunately, a lot of people can't afford a new car. Good news for them - you can buy a kit and convert your car to run on water.
The technology behind the hydrogen fuel cell allows us to turn plain old tap water into HHO, or Browns gas, as it is also called. This lets us burn fuel more efficiently and can increase gas mileage by as much as 100%. It is fairly simple to convert your car to a hybrid. It's as simple as bolting some parts to your cars motor.
The gasoline engines on our cars are really not very efficient. We are actually only burning about 20% of the gas while the other 80% is wasted. That's a lot of wasted money. Over the course of a year it could add up to a couple of thousand dollars wasted on unburned gas.
People all over the world are installing a simple hydrogen fuel cell system on their cars. These fuel cells cost less than $100 to make and install if you do it yourself. Almost anyone can do this and it works on any car. If you decide to remove the system for some reason, it comes out easily and nobody would ever know it was even on the car.
There is a guide available to help you convert your car to run on water. The easy to use instructions will have you saving money on gas and decreasing pollution in no time.

Hydrogen vehicle
Hydrogen fueling
A hydrogen vehicle is a vehicle that uses hydrogen as its onboard fuel for motive power. The term may refer to a personal transportation vehicle, such as an automobile, or any other vehicle that uses hydrogen in a similar fashion, such as an aircraft. The power plants of such vehicles convert the chemical energy of hydrogen to mechanical energy (torque) in one of two methods: combustion, or electrochemical conversion in a fuel-cell:
* In hydrogen internal combustion engine vehicles, the hydrogen is combusted in engines in fundamentally the same method as traditional internal combustion engine vehicles.
* In fuel-cell conversion, the hydrogen is reacted with oxygen to produce water and electricity, the latter being used to power an electric traction motor.
Hydrogen fuel does not occur naturally on Earth and thus is not an energy source, but is an energy carrier. It can be made from a number of sources, currently it is most frequently made from methane or other fossil fuels. Hydrogen production via electrolysis of water is generally inefficient and expensive and is rarely used.
Many companies are working to develop technologies that can efficiently exploit the potential of hydrogen energy.
Hydrogen Powered Cars - The Wave of The Future?
Advantages of Hydrogen Fuel Cells
The amount of electricity a hydrogen fuel cell produces depends on the size of the cell and the rate of the flow of hydrogen. The reaction between the hydrogen and air produces electricity, water, and heat. The heat produced by a fuel cell is far lower than heat produced from other sources such as fossil fuels.
Advantages Of Hydrogen Fuel Cells:
· Clean burning
· Very efficient
· Can be used anywhere electricity is required
The car industry has been looking at fuel cells as a possible replacement for the combustion car engine. Cars powered with fuel cells would greatly decrease our dependence on fossil fuels in the future. A nice side benefit is that it would also cut down on pollution.
Fuel cells could be used to do many things. They could be used to bring power to remote areas around the world and also to give us renewable energy for our portable devices. We could sure use more clean, sustainable, sources of energy. Hydrogen fuel cells look like they could definitely be an option, but at the moment the most commonly used energy source for hydrogen is fossil fuels. More research should help us find ways to safely produce the hydrogen we will need.
